No matter what colour scheme or theme they have.
We cannot be held responsible if colour shades are not exact to your liking/theme. Unless you send by post for us to match up the exact nearest colour. We can only go off PC screen shades. ie Baby Pink, Hot Pink, Baby Blue, Navy, Sunshine yellow, Burnt orange etc etc.. The colour shade may differ slightly from PC to print but will be as near as we can get it.
We have never had an issue with anything being far out.
We do not do luminous neon shades and silver and gold are matt shades unless otherwise specified.
All our work and award winning designs are copyrighted. ‘Our stationery and favours are not like anything you can buy on the high street. At Dream Designs 2000 we believe that regardless of your religion you should be able to give your guests something memorable and unique for your special occasion. You need to know that that the same love and care has gone into your favours as if you made them yourself.’

We also offer handmade
Dairy- Free Parev/Kosher varieties too.
Incredibly, we do not charge to design the wrapping, so clients can be assured that their corporate gift, wedding favour or invitation is tailor made to them, and always beautiful. ‘It's not just any invitation, it's a taster of what's to come.

REFUNDS:
In the event of a genuine mistake, Dream ensigns 2000 will go above and beyond to rectify this issue where possible.As these are all Handmade goods,nothing is perfect.
Though we try. If we are given a logo, we will match fonts and wording as near as possible. Once you confirm proof, this cannot be altered and is not refundable
If we make a mistake on your order, then we will do our best to rectify or refund in full upon return of goods. If you decide to keep the goods anyway, there will only be a partial refund depending on the issue. Any discrepancies or issues must be given in writing no later than 24 hrs after delivery. Generally there is a no returns policy unless faulty and unusable. .
Please take note of the ordering requirements as some designs take longer than others.
Postage or delivery to UK only and names etc are included in the prices shown.
All items are packaged well to save damage. I can issue payment requests for orders via Paypal, bank transfer or you can send a cheque which must have cleared before I dispatch. All orders require a deposit.
I can also cater for hotels, weddings and corporate events.

There is more to my business than you may think.
Everyone works for money, however I'm happy as long as my bills are paid and I can have a happy life and bring happiness to others through my creativity.
So each year, I donate to various UK and worldwide charities in various forms. This maybe through events or simply creating and giving away handcrafted items so they themselves can raise funds as a result.
